Sanjeev has worked with organizations like Expedia Group, Global Logic, Dell, HCL & Aegis in last two decades and has successfully led complex operations across multiple departments, driving efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth. His expertise lies in optimizing business processes, managing high-performing teams, and implementing data-driven strategies that enhance operational productivity and client satisfaction.
He has a proven track record of building scalable data engineering solutions, establishing best practices, and aligning technical strategies with business objectives. His leadership has empowered organizations to leverage cutting-edge technologies in data engineering, machine learning, and cloud computing to drive transformation for clients in various industries.
Sanjeev has led the Data Engineering Teams with Expedia Group across various verticals for over a decade and has successfully transformed Expedia’s legacy Loyalty data framework to a cloud based One-Key Loyalty architecture for Expedia, Hotels and VRBO brands of Expedia Group. His efforts in One-Key Loyalty project led to 20% increase in new traffic to these brands, 25% reduction in cost by streamlining data engineer operations and improved data processing efficiency by 30% with implementing automated data pipelines.
On the education front, Sanjeev has done a Post Graduate Program in Business Analytics, Masters in Computer Science, Bachelors in Accountancy and a Diploma in Software Programming.
